Teeth grinding is a problem in which people clench or grind their teeth unconsciously or consciously. It is considered as a dental and medical problem. Second, people should keep their lips joined but their teeth apart. One should relax his lower jaw. Teeth of lower and upper jaw should meet only when required for eating food and swallowing it. Third, studies have also proved that taking a bath with warm water before sleeping helps in relaxing the muscles of lower jaw. It helps people to get rid from the habit of teeth grinding. Fourth, people should do exercise regularly. Exercises reduce stress. Stress is the main cause of teeth grinding. Therefore, exercising regularly is important for getting rid of this problem. People who have a habit of grinding their teeth in day should put some stickers on their car’s dashboard, mobile phone, watch and other things for reminding themselves not to grind their teeth.
