Must Use Firefox Addons for Webmasters

Webmasters not only find good SEO tools on the internet and websites, but there are also many browser options available for the internet gurus and webmasters. Not sure about what all Internet Explorer gives for webmasters’ ease for SEO, but Mozilla Firefox has been providing webmasters with some cool addons which are always helpful for webmasters and Internet users.

Here are a few that i would suggest other webmasters to use, and which i use in firefox while browsing -
1. SeoQuake - For webmasters who are in need of better optimization and promotion of their websites, for checking rankings and cache dates for their own and competitors websites.
Seoquake is a Mozilla Firefox extension aimed primarily at helping web masters who deal with search engine optimization and internet promotion of web sites. Seoquake allows to obtain and investigate many important SEO parameters of the internet project under study on the fly, save them for future work, compare them with the results, obtained for other, competitive, projects.

This plugin works with Firefox: 2.0 – 3.0a9.
SeoQuake submits a query to search engine every time when it needs to obtain a value for a new parameter (that is not in a cache yet), defined by this search engine. Frequent use of big amount of the parameters may lead to the ban of user’s IP address from search engine. In this case, you will need to delete cookies or change proxy server.

2. SearchStatus - This addon shows Google Pagerank, Alexa rank, Compete rank in any position in the browser.. Along with that other info such as fast keyword density analyser, keyword/nofollow highlighting, backward/related links, no. of pages indexed, whois info, meta tag information, domain history from archive.org and some more info is also included in this Addon.
